There are many – both for your pet and you! We come to you so you do not have to take time out of your day with trips to and from the salon. But even more importantly is limiting the stress for your dog. He won’t have to spend the day mostly in a cage at the salon with many other dogs. Your beloved dog will get one-on-one pampered service in proximity of his home. Typically, grooming appointments last approximately one hour.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Sure, you will be greeted by our groomer and our driver! Our groomer will show you our van interior where your pet will be groomed. He will ask you a few questions regarding your pet and the service required. And if you have any question our groomer will be happy to answer.
No, we don’t have cages in our vane.
Yes, we have a generator which powers our air conditioning.
No. This is a one-on-one experience. Your pet will not be in contact with other animals. Because of this, we do not require a copy of vaccination for the groom.
Due to safety and liability issues, we prefer that the groomer and driver be in the van with the pet during the grooming. However, we are open to discuss this possibility.
Of course! If you would like to use the same groomer for every visit, we would suggest you inform us while scheduling your appointment or selecting the groomer on our app.
Yes. But be reassured we use a shampoo with naturally derived ingredients that is alcohol free, paraben free and dye free. However, if you are more comfortable using your own pet shampoo or vet prescribed shampoo, we would be happy to use your own.
